Consent & Resume Service Agreement
Please read the following service agreement carefully. This document outlines the terms under which WOW Resumes delivers career services to clients. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
1. Service Agreement
WOW Resumes ("Company") agrees to provide professional resume writing and LinkedIn profile optimization services ("Services") to the client ("Client") as specified in the selected service package. Services will be delivered within the agreed timeline upon receipt of all required information from the Client.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to: (a) Provide accurate, complete, and current information including employment history, qualifications, and career details; (b) Participate in the strategy consultation call as scheduled; (c) Review and provide feedback on drafts within 5 business days; (d) Ensure all information provided is truthful and accurate. WOW Resumes is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the Client.
3. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
WOW Resumes treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Your personal information, career details, and resume content will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws. Data is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering your career services.
4. Resume Writing Terms
The final resume and career documents created remain the intellectual property of the Client upon full payment. WOW Resumes retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable resume samples for marketing and training purposes unless the Client explicitly opts out in writing. AI-assisted tools may be used as part of our writing process; however, all final content is reviewed and refined by certified human writers.
5. Revision Policy
Foundation Package: 2 revisions. Professional Package: 3 revisions. Executive Package: Unlimited revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of draft delivery. Revisions are modifications to existing content based on Client feedback. Requests for fundamentally different content or rewriting from scratch after approval constitute a new order. Revision rounds do not cover changes in target role, industry, or career direction that differ from the original brief.
6. Refund Policy
WOW Resumes is committed to your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied after utilizing all included revision rounds, please contact us within 14 days of final delivery. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued once final approved documents have been delivered or after the revision window has expired. Note: We cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as interview calls, job offers, or salary increases, as these depend on factors beyond our control.
