Consent & Resume Service Agreement

Over the past 7+ years of working on 3,000+ resume writing projects, we have realized that clearly sharing expectations and aligning on key service terms helps build stronger trust, transparency, and a smoother collaboration.

This consent form is designed to ensure mutual understanding of our process, commitments, and responsibilities, so we can work together effectively to create your best possible resume.

1. Service Commitment & Resume Quality

  • WOW Resumes is committed to delivering high-quality, professional resume-writing services that showcase your true strengths and career aspirations.
  • We aim to create a resume that authentically reflects your experience, skills, and the professional image you want to present to employers.
  • We offer access to industry-leading resume templates, and you may also choose or share your preferred template for a customized design approach.

2. Process, Timelines & Delivery

  • Subject to receipt of complete information, we deliver the first resume draft within 2 working days.
  • The standard turnaround time for resume completion is a minimum of 2 working days, depending on inputs and revisions required.
  • Our standard working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Requests received outside working hours will be addressed on the next working day.
  • WOW Resumes reserves the right to define delivery timelines based on project complexity and input availability.

3. Client Responsibilities & Engagement Terms

  • Clients are requested to provide timely and complete inputs to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Feedback on the new resume draft should be provided within 10 working days; delays beyond this period may result in closure of the request without refund of advance payment.
  • All resume content is developed based on the information provided by the client, and the accuracy of details remains the client's responsibility.
  • Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to revised timelines or additional charges, communicated in advance.

4. Payment, Policy & Service Disclaimer

  • A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the resume development process.
  • WOW Resumes does not guarantee job placements or employment opportunities and does not function as a recruitment agency.
  • We maintain strict confidentiality of all personal and professional information shared with us.
